Maple Burl End Table

A recent departure from my usual clean lines, this table top incorporates natural defects as design features in an amazing slab of Big-Leaf Maple Burl.  Also, instead of cleaning-up the edges of the slab, I chose to leave the shape and texture of the rough saw marks as the piece came from the saw mill.
